This policy explains what information Baywell Tech collects through baywell.tech, how we use it, and the choices you have. Baywell Tech is based in San Jose, California. Questions? Email business@baywell.tech.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, business type, preferred email and phone, any business email and phone you add, the service you are interested in, and anything you write about your goals.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and delivery providers, Vercel and Cloudflare, process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, so the site can load and stay secure. This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated bots. Turnstile may set cookies and read browser signals to do this. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who helps us handle your information
We use service providers to run the site and send email: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (website delivery, the contact form, bot checks and email routing), and Resend (sends our confirmation and notification emails). Your inquiry is delivered to our business inbox, which is a Gmail account. These providers may process your information only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep business records, then delete them. Ask us if you want yours deleted sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing business@baywell.tech. We will verify your identity before we act. If you live in California, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws. We will not treat you differently for using them.
To make a request, email business@baywell.tech with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us what you are asking for. We will confirm receipt and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time.
Our site does not track visitors across other websites, so we do not change how the site works in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
This site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
